In the void between life and death, there exists a place where the remnants of existence hang suspended in an eerie limbo. Here, a skull, untouched by time yet tainted by the passage of life, stands as a silent sentinel. Its surface, once gleaming white, now bears the weight of decay, dripping with dark streaks that pull it downward like the inevitable pull of gravity. The black liquid running down its contours seems almost alive, crawling across the surface as though the skull itself is breathing, exhaling the remnants of a world long gone.
The skull’s gaze is empty, its eye sockets wide open, yet it stares not into the abyss but rather into its own void. The dark streaks form a thick veil, coating the face with the essence of forgotten memories, the stains of battles lost, lives ended, and time’s unyielding march. Its expression is one of solemnity, untouched by fear, yet it speaks volumes of the eternal struggle against the inevitable fate that awaits us all.
In this desolate place, death is not a finality, but a constant transformation. The skull, slowly dissolving into darkness, is a reminder of both life and death’s fleeting nature. The dripping blackness is not sorrow but rather the embracing of nothingness, a journey towards the unknown, where the lines between life’s fleeting vitality and death’s eternal stillness become blurred. I RECEIVED A MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
No worries! Send us an email to info@thefeatherandbone.com or head on over to our contact page and fill out the form there. Please be sure to include your order info, name, address and tell us what’s missing or incorrect with your order and we’ll work hard to rectify it as soon as possible!
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Don’t stress! If an item you order with us arrives damaged please simply send us an email to info@thefeatherandbone.com or head on over to our contact page and fill out the form there. We will ask you to take some photos of the damaged item(s) as well as photos of the shipping box and materials, if possible. After review, we’ll schedule a replacement order for you. You may be asked to ship back the damaged item—in which case a return shipping label will be provided.
IS THERE A RETURN POLICY?
Items may only be returned within 15 days if unopened in original packaging. Please contact us via our contact page, or send an email to info@thefeatherandbone.com with the subject "Returns." FB is not responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Ordered items are shipped from our fulfillment partners and usually leave the warehouse anywhere from 1-to-5 days after the order is placed. From there it’s up the shipping company or mail carrier to get your package to your mailbox or door. Please note delays can sometimes happen. You will be provided with tracking info to track your order from our warehouse to your doorstep.
HOW ARE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS HANDLED? WHAT ABOUT VAT & OTHER TAXES?
Whenever possible we ship International Orders from our Germany-based Fulfillment Center. This goes a long way towards limiting or eliminating VAT when shipping to other countries in the EU.
International orders are labeled as magic supplies or magic tricks. VAT may still apply in many countries, so please check your local importation regulations. For instance, orders to the United Kingdom are subject to a Value Added Tax. Values cannot be substituted, for legal reasons. You are responsible any taxes and fees applied when your receiving your order.
