In a land consumed by shadows and whispers, there stands a great spire—a towering structure that once embodied power and might. Now, it is little more than a haunting silhouette against a bleak sky, its jagged edges reaching upward like broken bones. The spire's foundation, though once solid and steadfast, is now crumbling, its dark form reflected in the murky waters below. What was once a proud beacon of civilization has become an empty shell, its reflection no longer clear but distorted, as if the very essence of the spire is unraveling.
The black streaks of paint that swirl and splatter across the canvas speak of decay and the passage of time—of the erosion of greatness and the inevitable return to nothingness. The spire, once filled with life, knowledge, and ambition, is now a monument to loss, a place where memories and hopes have long since faded. The vast emptiness beneath the towering structure reflects the hollowness within, as if the very core of the spire has been consumed by the darkness it once sought to control.
The Hollow Spire tells the tale of something powerful that has fallen into ruin, a symbol of the fleeting nature of human ambition. I RECEIVED A MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
No worries! Send us an email to info@thefeatherandbone.com or head on over to our contact page and fill out the form there. Please be sure to include your order info, name, address and tell us what’s missing or incorrect with your order and we’ll work hard to rectify it as soon as possible!
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Don’t stress! If an item you order with us arrives damaged please simply send us an email to info@thefeatherandbone.com or head on over to our contact page and fill out the form there. We will ask you to take some photos of the damaged item(s) as well as photos of the shipping box and materials, if possible. After review, we’ll schedule a replacement order for you. You may be asked to ship back the damaged item—in which case a return shipping label will be provided.
IS THERE A RETURN POLICY?
Items may only be returned within 15 days if unopened in original packaging. Please contact us via our contact page, or send an email to info@thefeatherandbone.com with the subject "Returns." FB is not responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Ordered items are shipped from our fulfillment partners and usually leave the warehouse anywhere from 1-to-5 days after the order is placed. From there it’s up the shipping company or mail carrier to get your package to your mailbox or door. Please note delays can sometimes happen. You will be provided with tracking info to track your order from our warehouse to your doorstep.
HOW ARE INTERNATIONAL ORDERS HANDLED? WHAT ABOUT VAT & OTHER TAXES?
Whenever possible we ship International Orders from our Germany-based Fulfillment Center. This goes a long way towards limiting or eliminating VAT when shipping to other countries in the EU.
International orders are labeled as magic supplies or magic tricks. VAT may still apply in many countries, so please check your local importation regulations. For instance, orders to the United Kingdom are subject to a Value Added Tax. Values cannot be substituted, for legal reasons. You are responsible any taxes and fees applied when your receiving your order.
